I’ve been happily using Clear for years now. Until a few days ago it worked fine, but now it seems to delete whenever I make a new entry. I make the entry > close down app > open app and the new entries are gone. This needs to be fixed or else I’ll have to use an alternative.

I am angry, i cant set a reminder, go google. Set it. Next time forget, google, set it. Now i google and cant even set it. All this trouble. I bought it for simplicity many years ago, now last years i struggle to set a simple reminder. Why did you do it???

Clear is a great, simple and intuitive app for making list for any purpose.

But as soon as the app is deleted, be it on purpose, accident or because your phone crashed and had to be reset, all your lists and achievements are gone. Just gone.

This is true even though the app is listed in the "Apps using iCloud" on your phone. What it uses iCloud for I don't know.

I hope I'm just doing something wrong.

Edit: sounds like the app developers can fix it🤞

Regret to see my favorite to do app have been heavily gamified with all sort of irelevant achievement pop-ups. I have a suspicion these features are creating a heavy latency in the app when creating a new to do or even beginning to write. Unfortunately this makes the app unmotivating to use.. hope the next update will fix this! (Based on the newest update for iphone 8).

This used to be a simple and reliable app with lists. Now it’s constantly crashing and I cannot even open my grocery list!
