I rarely leave reviews, but the most recent update has made this app incredibly frustrating to use. Since updating, the app repeatedly loses my period/cycle data and makes me re-enter it over and over again. It also now refuses to capture photos of my ovulation tests and gives me “servers are down” errors instead. This is especially frustrating because the entire point of buying the Clearblue Smart Ovulation Tests is to track and keep the data over time. I already know whether a test looks negative or positive. I’m using the app because I want the actual data and cycle tracking. If the app forgets my cycle information and can’t scan the tests, then a major part of the product becomes unusable. These issues only started after the latest update. Please fix the data-saving and test-scanning problems. I genuinely liked using the app before this. TTC is already hard, but using this app in its current state is harder. Update: Updating my review because customer support responded and whatever troubleshooting/fix was provided did not resolve the issue. The app still repeatedly says the servers are down, and this happens across multiple devices, including my iPhone and iPad. At this point, the product is basically unusable because the app is a required part of the experience. I paid for a “smart” ovulation system, not something that becomes unusable whenever the company’s servers stop cooperating. I’ve already tried reaching out for help, and I’m extremely disappointed that the issue is still ongoing. I’m glad I have other apps and can use this app only for reading the test strips, because relying on this app for cycle tracking and predictions would not be possible. Update I had reached out to the company for assistance and sent screenshots and video. They responded to ask for more information but have not given me any answers.
