No complaints, the app works well and has all the features and functionality I need! -- Guy an, 2024-08-12 ### *---- "Do NOT update to this new version if you have an iPhone" Would give this NEGATIVE stars. This app worked okay, when it did work. There were issues with having to keep the app screen open and making sure the screen lock was off, or the calls would not come through. The app won’t run in the background even when set correctly. Ever the update last week, the app doesn’t work at all. It is stuck between registering and error. It is forever stuck with dashed lines circling my extension. Subscription is good, settings in admin are good, even deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Now I’m stuck driving an hour back and forth to the office every freaking day. Thanks for nothing. My call ticket is ignored so I guess it’s time for a different app! -- ham19, 2024-06-01 ### *---- "Not reliable" This iOS app, and the computer app, are very unreliable. I will get notifications for things that were sent hours or days ago. I will get notifications for a new text messages, but when I go to my messages, they won’t be there. Sometimes if I am looking at the text thread of a conversation I can only see one person’s messages. After using this for over a year, I still do not know how to save contacts so that I know who I am talking to instead of just seeing numbers. (I have tried various ways, and nothing works.) And last, but not least, some messages stay marked as “unread“ no matter how many times I click on them. These apps only add frustration to my day and do not make my day go more smoothly. Many of my coworkers agree on all these points. -- Mamacuchara, 2024-02-08 ### *---- "Owner" This app has been nothing but problems and rarely works. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but to no avail. It has caused more disruption than benefit. -- Dissatisfied1097, 2024-01-31 ### *---- "My employer made me get this" Couldn’t tell which calls were from my actual cell phone or from my work phone though this app. Caused my phone to just ring at random. Daily notifications that it was about to expire. Finally signed out deleted this from my phone, but calls to my work phone are still coming to my cell phone for some reason. Horrible. -- 87ford, 2023-06-22 ### ***** "Super easy" Configuring with a QR code is genius. Works great and a good company to work with. -- bsp32505, 2022-07-29 ### *---- "Problems with notifications for both voice and sms" Ignoring these issues, I would give this a high star but for the app does not correctly track message counts for either voice or SMS. Outbound SMS with picture from the app never received. Thes issues reported to the developers but they seem to prioritize android over ios. -- lotty-tex, 2022-02-16 ### ***-- "App does not work on Mac" Can you help with this issue? -- el joker 456, 2021-07-14 ### ***** "Wonderful" A god send!! -- savantnc, 2020-10-09 ### *---- "Bad" Not working at all -- TopStor, 2020-09-19 [View all Clearly Anywhere reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Clearly Anywhere Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/canada) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/czechia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/dominican-republic) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/spain) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/france) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/italy) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/lebanon) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/thailand) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/taiwan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/clearly-anywhere-iBCd/austria) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
