Unfortunately, they rebranded the app to make everything “bubbly,” which made the app extremely difficult to navigate and complicated to find anything. Basic functionality features are now hidden behind multiple steps when before it was very straightforward. Some features are no longer available. It feels like a huge step back. 

Used to be 5 stars, now it’s a 2-star app. Disappointed.

I opened this tonight with my usual sense of dread that I have on all my five credit score apps because well  struggling and juggling lol
However this one is using Trans union which is the only way to actually tell the truth and the way it’s set up is far superior to look through and understand.
Love all the new features

The app used to be great but they released an update a month or two ago and completely changed everything and now it’s essentially useless. Clicking on things in credit reports does nothing, no indication on when the report is going to update, upcoming items no longer works properly. Don’t waste your time, just download Credit Karma instead.

Use to be a good app. Simple and fast. Now it’s like they’re trying to be too much when their not. Too much intricate buttons and the simplicity is gone. You have to click through multiple sections just to see what was all displayed on one place before. Going to have to move on and delete this app now and just stick with the others.

I have a BMO checking account and Clear Score is suggesting me to get one. This app does give any extra value for you to use it. Not worth it
