I have cut down instagram usage by heaps

Effective - however I have noticed something

It is really good with monitoring your screen time and is very strict, the breathing at the start helps too. However, when setting the amount of uses per day you can change it daily and not break your streak, if a dev is reading this I would recommend that you get an extra “15 mins emergency or smth” or the uses per day takes affect the next day.

The only app that has helped so far

Thanks for making this, I’ve been able to cut down my screen time drastically! Simple & effective.

So helpful

I use the free version as I only require help to avoid one app but would pay if I needed assistance with multiple. It has helped me so much. I have reduced my toxic app usage drastically and my anxiety has almost disappeared. Highly highly recommend giving this a go.

I love this app

Even though the free version only lets you choose one app, I still think this is the best app I’ve ever downloaded. It actually works.

So slay

Tslade26 on

This app is amazing! Really helped me get out of the bad habit of doom scrolling 24/7. It held me accountable for the times I promised myself by giving me a timer. It also took a lot of effort to open the app because of the notification, breathing pattern, and quote, so I found that I stopped mindlessly clicking the restricted social media app when I was bored. I now use TikTok less than 5 times a day which is amazing!

Life changing

Happier already on

Australia

I’m so much better off with this app. I now don’t have to delete any apps like Twitter/socials that I want to keep but I previously had bad usage patterns. Latest version of the app is a big improvement too, hiding notifications & greying out apps I set up to be “clearspaced”. Also noticed my (annoying) relentless checking of email is under control. Highly recommended.

Invasive

kalidav on

Why does it need my phone number just to use the app? No doubt going into a database somewhere for future marketing.

Great Concept, Ridiculous Pricing

TheLowK1 on

Australia

Great concept for an app and from what I can see it works but the pricing options are disappointing. Developers should be ashamed of themselves and their clear and blatant desire to prioritise a cash grab is disgusting.

Baller app

Amazing. I’ve avoided endless scrolling and am much more present for my family. Has helped me kicked my phone habit.
