How do I delete it

It’s useless I can only do one app for free and I can’t determine it to free up space FIX THIS APP

Great but too expensive

I've been using the free version for a few days now and I'm loving how it gives me to reconsider my bad habits and instead take a moment to care for myself. But $45 for the full version is ridiculous. I won't be paying and hope I can find something else that will work that's affordable.

clearing my addiction

when i found out clearspace would take away the notifications for instagram too, i was worried i would become disconnected with my friends. i was completely wrong. i’ve never been able to talk so often to the people around me, and turns out i don’t need to text my friends all day to be friends with them! being able to finally have the free time to work on myself while not completely cutting out instagram has been a huge help to my well being. i can actually enjoy being away from my phone and that makes me so happy

Could be great, but it’s too complicated.

Imagine having to do 20 press-ups and 50 squats just to use your phone. That would be awesome. I would definitely create a habit on the back of that. Instead I have to create a competition with a friend or something. I did a load of squats, then thought, why not do some press ups too to earn extra minutes. But that deleted the time I’d earned with the squats. Basically it’s too complicated. Keep it simple stupid. Do something positive. Earn screen time. That’s it.

Why can’t I get more than 800 push-ups? Because I push up to 200 each day

Needs affordable monthly subscription

Title says it all, only option is a very hefty annual subscription after free trial. I’d rather have a monthly option even if it doesn’t come with a free trial. I’m always suspicious of apps that give you one single option that locks you in for a year to be honest. If you trusted your product you would offer a monthly subscription. Time to look elsewhere sadly…

i just wish their was an option to turn of the pause and stop on a filter and sometime mine cuts out readomly but overall it is amazing for helping a cut done

Brilliant

This has reduced my phone usage a lot, I love the breathing prompts, and the option to rethink whether to open the app or not. This format works much better than iPhone’s ‘Screen Time’ in my opinion and I’ve kept it up for weeks now! Overall the app is great, nice and simple and works well. I like the option to include your own quotes too. There are a few things I wish were different: I use the app for my business, and often find that 10 minutes as the maximum time isn’t long enough when I’m posting / sharing work etc. I end up getting kicked off, then re-entering the app all over again to complete what I was doing. I can understand 10 mins being enough if you’re just using Instagram for personal use, but I think 15 mins would be much better for those of us who use it for work. Unfortunately the past week I’ve found myself choosing the ‘take a break for half an hour’ option to get around this. Also, I’d love to see a countdown timer so you have a much better idea of how long you have left, and can avoid getting kicked off halfway through writing/sharing something etc!

Very effective

Super effective and helped me reduce my time on social media immediately after downloading the app

Enjoy it but not sure about the quotes

Hlidarendi on

Love the concept and I think it’s making my life better. Will subscribe past the free version soon. However I wish I could have more control over the quotes, as I find these can be quite repetitive and sometimes not what I’d like to see.
