This app required me to accept all permissions including precise location just to open. Then it directed me to a separate website to enter my card info. Absolutely not, lol. I just need to do $5 of laundry in a hotel and I’m not giving this app I’ve never heard of all of this info just to wash some underwear. There’s no reason for this service to even exist other than to be a middle man and steal money. Don’t give this app your card info. Almost all of the five star reviews sound like they were written by employees- not a single person would ever write reviews that sound like a commercial for a coin laundry app.

My credit card number got stolen any time I added funds from a credit card. Couldn’t get funds back when I moved. Top that off with awful customer service.

I didn’t consent to store my credit card attached to my phone number but this website automatically did it. There’s no login as long as someone knows my phone number I guess they can charge my card. Great! Also I know my last usage I loaded an even number and I should have had $2.00 left. Tell me why I opened up the app today and I have $0.50. This isn’t even possible the machines at my apartment are $2 per wash $2 per dry. Because I haven’t used it in a month it’s just trickling money away from me thinking I won’t notice.

Every few washes clear token will just steal your money and not put it into the machine, while still subtracting from your balance. Adds up if you use it long enough.

I'd give this company -1 star if I could. Please, whatever you do, do not use this company for your business. The system fails often, takes customers money, and the customer service is terrible - good luck getting any help!

Terrible app. Works only 1/4 of the time. If your apartment complex has these machines, you’re better off using your card or quarters.

This might be fine for residential or neighborhood laundromats, but for a hotel it’s horrible. There’s a minimum $10 fee to add funds, so if you’re doing one load, you’re gifting them a significant amount of money. The app doesn’t take ApplePay or PayPal like some other laundry apps do, and I don’t like giving my credit card # to a company that seems to be trying to take my money (if it were my building I’d get a gift card for laundry, but not worth it for one load). And you have to use a separate website to add funds. If you lose money because of a faulty machine, they don’t give you a refund: they give you credits. Checking out of hotel, so it’s like no refund at all. I didn’t have an issue with the app, but all apps have occasional glitches and again, they don’t give refunds. There’s no reason not to allow us to use credit cards at the machine like other apps do. Ripoff alert.

I tried using at 3 EV charging stations while traveling and each one didn’t work. On complaining, they refund the money as credits and not as your money back. I am not sure where I will again use them! So essentially the money is locked with them. What a scam!!!

Don’t fund your account, they make a 10 dollar minimum and if you don’t use all your funds well it just sits there in your account and it’s lost money. Bunch of greedy clowns

A wash and dry is three dollars each so that leaves me out of four dollars because I can’t add two more dollars for another wash and dry unless I pay another $10 it’s just a waste of money definitely if you’re only using it once
