Very good portal for ticket booking

Clear choice is a scam

Recently booked flight ticket with the clearchoice plus option (free reschedule). Policy stated that one have to pay only the difference in the fair. This is totally false. My fair was lower, but ended up paying approximately 6000 Rs (almost 30%) of the overall cost. Stay clear from Cleartrip.

Hotel

Very cheap treat to customer, hotel amount show some then you booked hotel take extra payment charges

Rubbish app

Doesnt show your bookings and doesn’t let you book the seat of your choice. When you try contacting support it take you back to “your bookings” which is BLANK.

No help from the team ever

Paid EXTRA for my window seat at flight both return flights from Mumbai to Kochi yet I didn’t got window seat no support from their customer team why because they already got their commission they ask you to connect directly with the airline as it was not their fault after wasting my one hour on call it was my hard earned money. Today they ate my money, tomorrow someone else will eat theirs and that too in double :)
