Agreed we need better web/desktop support

So so bad. Can’t login because it puts me in an endless loop so I made a new account but I can’t get past adding children because it keeps pushing me back a page for no reason. Literally can’t use it. I’m not sure if it’s the fact I’m on an iPhone 15
The app keeps crashing. Much of the information is hard to navigate and I frequently end up going to other apps to check for what I need to know. The videos need to use better microphone so the audio doesn’t have hissing noise.
I have a 2022 iPad Pro 11 inch with latest OS system, but this app always crashes and is never able to be opened on my iPad.
Title says it all.
I want to be able to search the chat for info I was given earlier . Also would like to have in app video features for meeting with the coaches or outside folks like LCs etc. seamless experience on desktop as well as iPad etc.
I’ve been trying to watch some of the birth education videos but the sound doesn’t work. I’ve tried uninstalling, re installing, it works maybe once and then the next time I try to access it it doesn’t. I’ve verified other apps have their sound working just fine and I’m just using my speaker. It’s been quite frustrating as I can’t access the videos any other way but in the app.

I love the support from Cleo, but as a new mom with carpal tunnel in both hands, it’s extremely uncomfortable for me to use this app solely on my phone, especially when it comes to having discussions with my Cleo Support guide (would be much easier & better for my hands to type my messages on a computer/laptop). Ive been told this is for privacy reasons but there are lots of medical resources accessible on desktop. Also, lately the app keeps crashing for me whenever I open up my messages. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app but the issue continues. I hope they fix this bug.
