Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Patient Portal app represents part of our commitment to provide you with secure, quick and easy access to the right level of care when you need it. This app is free to install and use as well as safe and secure. The installation and sign-up process is simple.
Register on our patient portal app using your activation code and immediately start scheduling appointments with our doctors and gain access to all of our digital healthcare features.
Once you’ve completed your first appointment, you would be able to see a comprehensive overview of your medical information in the Patient Portal app.
Message your doctor, view your medical test results and records in addition to the ability to manage your medication refills, securely and safely through the Patient Portal app.
Features:
• Schedule and track appointments
• View your health history and medication
• Message your doctor with non-urgent clinical questions or concerns, and receive a reply directly through the app
• View your latest test results
• Request prescription refills and be informed when they are ready for pick-up at the hospital pharmacy
• Receive helpful reminders
• Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal device right into the CCAD patient portal app

Cleveland is the Best No. 1 Hospital
Cleveland is equipped of not only advanced medical equipment and technology but most especially of high skilled very professional doctors and nurses as well as all the staff. The doctors are very accommodating and explains clearly what the patient is going through. They are very experienced in handling the cases efficiently and they explain to the patient’s family the procedures in details. You will feel the true patient care from all the staff. The care that they provide to the patients are truly amazing - one of a kind! Special mention to Dr. Lameese the General Surgeon specialized in Colorectal is one if the best doctors in in Cleveland. She’s amazing the way she treats her patient. You will feel her care and eventually trust her all through your treatment journey. I’m saying this because that’s how my father feels while admitted to the hospital. My father went through major surgeries at one time and it was successful! Thanks to the colorectal team, urology team, liver team and oncology team for the successful operation! Your collaborative experiences and professionalism are indeed the key for this successful operation. My father is now in recovery and hopefully he will continue to get better. Kudos Cleveland! You are indeed the true meaning of “Patient’s Care”.

My personal experience with Cleveland Hospital AD
You are the best among all other hospitals in the UAE. All the Physicians whom I had the chance to meet with were so experienced & helpful. The Nurses & all the Staff are wonderful . Thank you Abu Dhabi Government for providing us with such a great hospital like this one.
