Clever Clinic

This is an amazing EPR. The ability to upload photos dictate easily and move through the patient pathway is brilliant compared to other platforms. I am managing my clinic really well and I’m very grateful to Clever Clinic as I would’ve had to sign up to several hundred pounds a month for all my staff to use such software. There are a few technical know how’s you need to get round such as follow-up vs repeat appointments and email set up but with the excellent level of support you get navigating these issues is a simple hurdle and once you are on your way the whole platform is just brilliant. I can’t thank you enough I look forward to developing my business without the hassle and cost of other more clunky Patent management systems

As an aesthetics doctor, I have been using Clever Clinic in my practice for over a year now. It is simple to use, logically taking you through the patient journey, incorporating assessment, consent, treatment and finances. It allows you to personalise all documentation, and any IT issues I’ve had have been promptly and personally addressed, either by email or phone. My only gripe is the inability to compare ‘before & after’ images for the patient, but I hope that is in the making…

We implemented clever clinic when it was first released and the team have been more than helpful in getting us up and running with the system. It allowed us to go totally paperless and has made the consultation process seamless. It also allows all staff to view their diaries and do virtual consults from home which has been a lifesaver over the last year. The clients love it too as it feels more interactive!

I use this app for all my consultations, both in clinic and also remote. I find it completely hassle free, saving me a lot of time that I can now use to focus elsewhere within my businesses. Plus it gives me a lot of comfort and piece of mind.

This software is absolutely everything that the Facial Aesthetics practitioner needs for everyday busy clinic. It’s easy to book a consultation, go through thorough medical history, note down any concerns, take photos, consents can be emailed directly to your patient etc, everything that you need is here . Initially when I was new to this software I got a lot of help from the Healthxchange team members, especially Andrew Melton. I can’t recommend it enough! Quick, simple and free!
