I loved the idea of the connivence. Had to use it last week when I got sick. Filled out a questionnaire and got a response that was lacking at best. Said you have a viral infection here’s a nose spray and cough suppressant subscription. I never even spoke to a doctor. 4 days later I’m back at the doctor and they misdiagnosed what I had. Then one week later, I became sick again and used the app and found out I had a sinus infection. I was then sent an anabiotic to send to My pharmacy of choice and also other recommendations to help with my sinus infection. I prefer to use this app when I am sick. It eliminated me having to get out and go to the doctors when I didn’t feel well, as well as not having to pay a co-pay. I will use it again the next time I become sick.
