Self-help tools:

Σε αφήνει να ακυρώσεις την συνεδρία ένα 24ωρο πριν με αποτέλεσμα αν σου τύχει κάτι έκτακτο να χάνεις την συνεδρία ενώ την έχεις πληρώσει. θεωρώ λάθος αυτή την πολιτική και σαν εναλλακτική προτείνω να μπορεί ο θεραπευόμενος να επικοινωνεί με τον θεραπευτή και ο δεύτερος να έχει την επιλογή να εγκρίνει ή απορρίψει αυτήν την ακύρωση και αν εγκρίνει να ορίζεται εκείνη την ώρα άλλο ραντεβού έτσι ώστε να μην χάνει και ο ψυχολόγος και η πλατφόρμα τα χρήματα τους.

### ***-- "Παράπονο!!"
Καλησπερα σας δεν έχω χρησιμοποιήσει ακόμα την εφαρμογή αλλά είδα ότι δεν έχει την περιοχή μου και αναγκαστικά έβαλα άλλη χώρα ενώ κανονικά θα έπρεπε να είχε όλες τις χώρες!!! Ας με βοηθήσει κάποιος σε αυτό το κομμάτι παρακαλώ πολύ με την περιοχή!

### *---- "Πολλά σφάλματα στην εφαρμογή"
Αρχικά αν και ωραία πρωτοβουλία, έσβησα το λογαριασμο μου για τους εξής λόγους:
1. Η εφαρμογή κολλάει συνέχεια 
2. Για να γράψεις μήνυμα στον ψυχοθεραπευτή που συνδέθηκες, δεν μπορείς να δεις τι γράφεις υπάρχει και εκεί σφάλμα, όποτε κανεις την προσευχή σου και ελπίζεις μην έχει διορθώσει ο κορρεκτορας σε αλαμπουρνέζικα κ το διαπιστώνεις αφού το στείλεις. 
3. Δεν υπάρχει άμεση επικοινωνία με το θεραπευτή. Στέλνεις τώρα σου απαντάει αύριο , μεθαύριο ή και καθόλου κ αυτό μόνο για να κλείσετε ημερομηνία για την αναγνωριστική συνέδρια .. καθόλου καλή εντύπωση και φυσικα δεν αισθάνεσαι καμία ασφάλεια να κλείσεις πακέτο συνεδριών.
4. Αφού διαγράψεις το λογαριασμό σου στέλνουν ερωτηματολόγιο για να δουν τι πήγε στραβά κ για να το απαντήσεις δεν γίνεται πλέον καθότι πρέπει να μπεις με λογαριασμό για να το απαντήσεις..  αυτά ! Πολλά σφάλματα παιδιά, θέλει πολλή δουλειά κ κοινή λογική σε κάποια θέματα.
