There appears to be an issue with their system. After purchasing my parking access in advance, I arrive at the parking lot only to see "access refused" displayed after scanning the QR code. 

I’ve been using the app for months without any problems, but I’ve now encountered this issue twice in a row.

As the title suggests, I recommend avoiding the app for now until this issue is resolved.

This has to be one of the worst parking apps I’ve ever had to use. 

It stalls.
It is poorly designed. 
It books up empty parking lots.

The overall idea and implementation is pretty good and it’s convenient to use. But when extending the parking sometimes you have to wait minutes for the app to check availability, then process the payment. Developers, please double down on the app’s performance and you’ll beat them all!

Love the app but i've been unable to look at my subscription receipt for the past month now which is annoying. It only shows me a blank white screen.

### *---- "Received a few scam emails after creating my account"
Yesterday, I downloaded this app. And today I received 10+ scam emails and texts prompting me to click on phishy links. Considering almost all of the emails and texts were in French and the timing of these scams (within a day of signing up for clicknpark), I suspect my data was somehow leaked, which is really disappointing. I have just deleted my account, so hopefully, there will be no further data leaks; however, the damage is already done. Quite unfortunate and something to be aware of in the future.

Driving around montreal used to be an utterly painful experience before I found this app. It has saved me tons of trouble in dealing with the city’s obscure parking sticker system and quite a bit of money so far. Their customer support was also pretty good.

This certainly beats driving around the orange cone infested city of Montreal. App is super easy to use and instructions were clear to follow. I found my parking spot easily. However (and this is why I give it 3 stars) I returned to my car later to find my car blocked in! I somehow managed to squeeze out but it took quite a bit of time. Make sure you give yourself some space when you park.

These guys sold me a parking spot. 
I got a ticket from the city for $90. Click n park wouldn’t even refuse to refund the $15 fee I paid for the parking. 

Their app didn’t work and I got dinged twice.  
The customer service reps are morons and whoever designed the app is probably just as stupid.
