The new app is just not user friendly. With the added features, one would expect the app to be more responsive and informative however, it crashes every now and again. There’s no information provided about visitors entering and exiting (previous app/version provided details such as name, car model, etc.) so you knew who entered and that proper identification/ security measures were taken. This new app just says “visitor entered” - I hate it! Please fix it.

App hardly functions. Takes multiple restarts to have essential icons for features to appear. Codes generate, at best, 20% of the time. Huge downgrade from the previous app which wasn’t reliable either. If you are an estate manager - keep away from ClickOn as a service provider for your community or business and seek a different access solution.

This app is a massive improvement on the old one. It can actually get us in and out the gate with the bluetooth feature. I could actually open a message from the estate manager. It remains to be seen whether code generation is reliable now, but so far, so good! Well done, Clickon. And the panic button is also nifty.  I can see they’ve been working on improving…

This company is wild, they test all their app changes and features in production instead of testing in a dev environment to make sure, for example, instead of making sure the registration process works, they just ship it and let the users test it, they living on the wild side over here.

Hi

Although the old app also had it's issues, I still prefer the old app!

On the new app I can't seem to view our entry and exit times, only visitor's times. It also does not show who the visitor was. This could be seen on the old app's reports.

It just took almost 20 minutes to create 3x access codes! Absurd, to say the least. 
From the (forced) launch (switch over from the old version to this one), which didn’t work, to taking exceptionally long to Try and create a code, it has been seriously frustrating.

To add insult to injury, the default/landing page on the app is the Activity Report. Not only is this non-sensical, but one can’t create a code or use the Panic button, until it has finished populating the list, which sometimes is almost instantaneous, whilst other times it essentially hangs for minutes before timing out. 
If the developers want to force one to land on such a page, at least give the facility to navigate away whilst it tries to do what the user doesn’t necessarily want to do, or even better yet, allow the user to decide which page should be the default, but surely logic should still override both of these and the default should be the Generate Access Code page. 

As if this isn’t enough, the facility to create a code for Tomorrow, doesn’t work at all.

The X button to close a pop-up, sometimes requires several attempts to respond.

If it wasn’t for the fact that one Has to use the App, it Definitely would have been deleted on the day that I installed it.

Does not work. Forced to download because the old one was said to be disabled, but now I have zero working apps to access my complex. Been trying to register/sign in for four days now. Just leaves on a loading screen when I put cell phone number in, and then nothing happens. Useless.
