Invoices are automatically created from your Estimates and support multiple payment methods. Maintain PAID and OPEN status of your invoices. Multiple sales tax rate setup is included. Your logo, detailed terms and conditions and other messages are automatically displayed.
Financial Information - Is instantly available for any client, job or timeframe with just a few taps. Information may be viewed on screen or downloaded for further analysis with any spreadsheet.
Help and Support - Context sensitive help shows by topic as well as how to movies. Email, text and phone support provides to help with any questions or issues.
International Currency Dates & Dynamic Type (the ability of the app to change font sizes) are all included in the app.
Document Manager
Document Design & Delivery- Change document field names of invoice and estimate documents, change formats easily with unique design for invoices and estimates. Use your local language and terms. Batch deliver Printed & Email docs.

Estimates - Create detailed and professional looking estimates at the client site that may be immediately emailed or printed. Track the status of each Estimate from Draft to Email to Approved.
Signature Capture of approved Estimates with an update of Status. Invoices and Estimates may be copied for editing and reuse with other clients.
Messages & Reminders
Create Appointment Reminders automatically from your schedule using text or email. Design All types of messages like appointment confirmations, thank you, follow up & promotions. Designer can insert date & time, client info and your company information.

Solid app with really great Support and Mac Version

I was using an app that cost $9.99 per month and really didn’t do any more then Client Management. I can enter my orders, print or email invoices and keep track of my progress. Everything is on my device and there is no need to sync with my pc. Had to contact support and they did a great job. Have also added Cloud Sync and the Mac version.

Quick and easy to use, syncs on all my devices.

Unlike many of these apps that want to charge a monthly fee, there is just on initial charge. This one does everything I need on my phone. Easy to start with because it has a contact load and interfaces with the calendar apps. Profits shows my profit by order and reminders automatically are send. I would recommend

Great all in one app for small businesses!

This app has everything I need to run my small business. Scheduling component to plan by day and time is very good compared to the calendar. The big difference is that it’s integrated with the client and contact information. You can even add a description. From there you can generate reminders. When the work if finished I can create an invoice right from the calendar and the total is automatically recorded in the calendar. Had a little trouble getting the Cloud setup, but app support helped me out.

After trying more expensive apps and ones that need to use a PC I decided to give Client a try. Complete sales, client and inventory information all in one package. Also bought the Productivity InApps and the Cloud Sync. Very cool to watch updates on my 2 devices.

In our business the client is king. We are a provider of specialty products and want to keep our clients for the long term. We have tried marketing programs that charge by the month that just didn’t live up to their promisees. Although this app does not have all the bells and whistles of some it does what we need with a minimal amount of effort. How to movies are provided and the support is really good. Like it!

Probably unrealistic to think you can do everything on a phone that you can do on a computer…have tried several apps including much more expensive ones. This one is the best so far as it can record simply transactions very quickly and easily. It also has more advanced capabilities that are only a few taps away. Client Connect feature is unique and very helpful in getting emails and texts to clients. Have used both email and phone support and both were helpful. There are some instructional movies which could be better done, but they communicate the info needed

The app does everything I need. Tracks customers, calls, labor and materials. Uses the iPhone contacts and calendar so it’s fast and easy to set-ip and install. I can send email invoices and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period. All of my history is instantly available to see what work I have done and there is a support function that can be used to get questions answered. Would highly recommend!

So far so good. I have set-up my labor and parts items and have been able to enter orders successfully and email invoices. Saves time and has increased billings. Looking forward to accumulating history and other financial information. Thanks

Many claims, but more looks than function. When I tried to contact, a warning came up as "possible phishing site." Would like a refund. So if anyone on the other end would take care of that I'd appreciate it. If this is a legitimate company, I wish you the best, but you might want to use a spell checker or proof read the app and description.

Unable to accurately maintain client list

I bought this in hopes of maintaining a client list that was able to record history and specifics about them. To start, this app did not correctly import data from my contacts. The email address of one would end up on another contact. Secondly, there were a lot of blanks in my client list. I decided to delete all my entries and start over. It left about 10 on my list I can't delete. When starting the import over it started leaving the 'blanks' much worse. Money lost. Don't spend your money! I'll promptly be deleting this.
