They will debit your money even after calling countless times to cancel the perks policy and then tell you about a cancellation policy that means they take money from you first before you can cancel. I will never recommend Clientele.

They have taken R300 from me and I’m a student, I cannot afford that. But then you’d think I’d get something out of it. I didn’t. I’ve received no coupons, discounts or perks of any kind. R300 was taken for nothing. Do not get this app it’s a scam!

Do NOT subscribe to clientele perks, Do NOT!!! I repeat Do NOT!!! You gonna regret it! This app is a scam! They told me I can cancel my subscription, I did but they still took my money💔😞guys don’t you’ll regret shem🤞🤞

Worst organisation to exist. Clientelle is a scam and a real waste of money I had called in to cancel my subscription and instead of cancelling it the staff member had rambled on so much to the point where I did not even know what he was talking about. They ended up putting my subscription on “hold” and thereafter debited me the following month. My advise…do not subscribe to Clientelle perks, you will regret it!!!🙏🏼

Don’t waste your time with these people. Their customer service is useless and they will find any excuse to not refund you even after cancellation so no vouchers or money.

Don’t get this app it’s a scam I was told I had a free trail and when I cancelled it but I still got charged days before the actual time they were supposed to charge me… waste of my money if you want to make a terrible decision download this app I still want my refund, I read the terms and conditions you were only supposed to charge me two days before not ten If I could give 0 rates I would

Don’t bother signing up with Clientele. Or using their app. Once you signed up they don’t bother with you, and if you ever think of moving forward in your life after years of supporting their business, you will become nothing more than a missed call. I expect more from local businesses!

I was convinced into signing up by people promoting it for rewards I thought was worth it but they don’t even work this is a scam and the WhatsApp chat bot doesn’t even work nor does the call number I want my membership cancelled.
