## Climate First Bank Reviews in United States

### *---- "Inconvenient"
It’s unfortunate that this bank is stuck in years past with no Zelle and a max transfer limit to other banks of 1000 a day. I love their mission but cannot fully bank with them due to these inconveniences that other banks do not have
-- King Isaiah12345, 2026-09-23

### ***** "Great functionality and insights"
I’m a big fan of the new CFB app and feel the user experience is much improved. But in addition to the banking services, I’m especially impressed with the Impact Banking insights into the CFB lending, my data about my own transactions aligned with my values, and the small-business directory of all the various B-Corps, 1%, and other mission-aligned businesses. It would be great to help calculate my carbon footprint and help me offset my emissions with certified offsets.
-- Castroideas, 2026-09-19

### ***** "Exceptional bank"
Staff is always helpful. Enjoy banking with a mission.
-- Rs2nFl, 2026-09-07

### *---- "Climate First & their app is the worst"
This is the worst bank I’ve ever used, which is very unfortunate because the mission resonates deeply with me. The number of times I haven’t been able to access my money is absolutely mind boggling. They offer zero support outside of business hours - even in emergency situations, there is nobody to reach. My personal and business accounts are being moved to another bank this week.
-- bradi789, 2026-08-21

### ***** "Love CFB and App Update once I reset my password"
Climate First Bank is an amazing digital banking app and I love having high interest both savings AND Interest, while also investing in a livable future. I had some recent issues with the new app, then customer service got me to use my last 4 digits of my ssn with my username, and that prompted the needed reset of my account password and login for full functionality. Now it works like a charm once again.
-- JRS-3, 2026-08-05

### ***-- "Mobile app"
The new upgraded app isn't very user friendly like my other bank apps. I can't see a running total history of my savings or checking accounts.
-- 7-13-2025, 2026-07-01

### ***-- "Transition"
The transition process continues to be challenging and not at all user friendly
-- hbdtraveler, 2026-06-16

### *---- "Shambles…"
Climate First used to be easy to work with. And we loved that the bank was set up expressly to do well by doing good. Ever since the online banking revamp, however, the service has been abysmal. We will reluctantly be closing out accounts.
-- JMcLelland, 2026-06-11

### *---- "Issues with App following 5/2026 upgrade / conversion"
I’m beyond frustrated right now with this bank that I love. The conversion has caused me hours of problems and is still not fixed. It’s been 3 weeks now that I have problems. Employees are very empathetic and say all the right things. But this ISN’T HELPING ME!!
-- JKJHHHHH, 2026-05-29

### **--- "Cannot deposit check"
The new app does not allow me to deposit my check. It says the amounts don’t match but does not say what it thinks the amount should be. There’s no way to remedy the situation except to wait for someone to get back to me. It’s my paycheck and I need the funds.
-- RedwoodResident, 2026-05-22

### *---- "App is not working"
I can’t access my account through the new app! It feels like a scam , I have to call them and waste my time. And I don’t trust this bank anymore
-- vedmanv, 2026-05-21

### *---- "Transition to new system is horrible and still unfixed"
