Great app, but price hike not justified
As a casual but interested use of weather information the richness of the clime app is exemplary. However increasing the sub by more than 3x is ridiculous. I’ll pass.

I downloaded this app quite some time ago and it was always my go-to in terms of the weather. One of the features I relied on the most was the lightning strike-tracking feature. However, this feature has not worked for a considerable amount of time now: several months. The icon is still there to turn it on and off, however even when there is a storm nearby/over my head the app no longer tracks it. My main issue with this is the lack of communication I’ve received from the developer - I sent an email requesting support many months ago and received no response. Some of us do rely quite heavily on this feature, so perhaps decreasing the subscription price might be at least a temporary solution whilst certain features of it aren’t available.
A fiver a week for the lite version? I remember when this app used to be a tenner for the pro version for the entire YEAR. Why would anyone pay up to £40 a month when they can just pay £8 once for Ventusky and get far more info?
Why is the cost of this app 0ver £7.. weekly And also the images at the bottom of the weather Scantily clad bodies ?
This has been my go to weather app for years And paid for the fee, not because I used all the features, more in support of the app developer. However, the pricing is now just too ridiculous to continue my support for an app I use once or twice a week. The free version now contains more adverts than an F1 car carries sponsorships. Sorry, but it’s the end of the road for me with this app. I will just use other ones readily available. Good luck on your chosen route but I fear it’s going to reduce your income and not increase it.
I really like this app as the UI is great in terms of visualisation and customisation. However like most apps (apart from Met Office and Accuweather) the forecasts for south devon are not great. I may try it again as the different models get worse and better over time, but for now this only gets three stars because it doesn’t do it’s most important job very well.
Please fix widget not working for a year now
I’ve used Clime for several years, and it was second to none on all aspects especially the lightning tracker. Unfortunately the tracker stopped working for myself. I have followed the on line help guidelines, written to support 4 or 5 times with no response……………very disappointing.
Fixed Today Thank you!! do you know when the live actions will be fixed they stopped working
I like the format, the amount of information and it’s timely updating of forecasts. But the rain predictions are overly pessimistic and need to be more cautious.
