The latest update in app has prevented notifications from being sent. Luckily I have the weather channel app on my phone as well or I will never know any weather alerts. I pay for this app rather than the weather channel but realizing I made the wrong decision it seems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the issue has still been unresolved.
Title pretty much says it all. I’m not even sure at this point…perhaps I thought such a price was worth it at some point. Not now. I felt, however, that this had been one of those $10-ish a month deals. Am I wrong? Now $5 or $8 a…WEEK? Ouch!
Lightening strikes are not showing up with this version. The Alert boxed show up even if you have it turned off. If you cycle the Alert box button, they then go away.
My map has so many pixelations that it is hard to see. What is causing this? I deleted the app and downloaded it again but the problem remains. I contacted you about this a few days ago through the app but it seems no one is responding. Maybe now that my frustration is widely expressed you will get to the bottom of it. I really like Clime but the pixelations have ruined it.
I see another subscriber has the same issue as I do but this app is not accurate! It can’t even get rain correct! I have a years subscription and would like to get my money back!
Man i dunno what happened to your app but its now a moneygrab Make it more free and can you actually make tropical storm watches and warning like not by tidals waves?
Not sure whats happened, no longe reliable. lightning strikes are not mapped anymore but will tell you its detected and radar data is sometimes incomplete and/or timeframes are off when compared to other sources
Never used the app because I “turned around” once I saw the cost of $9.99 per WEEK.
I like this app - very functional for me. I purchased subscription on my Android phone and would like to log-in on my iPad - but I do not see a way to log into an existing subscription. I is possible to do this? Or do I have to purchase a separate subscription for iOS? I REALLY would prefer not to have to purchase it twice to use across my devices. Thank you.
I been subscribed to this app for a couple years. The only function I used this app was for the lightning tracker which has not worked at all this year. I perfer RadarScope for radar features and clime for lightning tracking. But now that lightning tracker doesn’t work I feel disappointed that I paid for a feature that no longer works. I take the $20 or so loss this year but won’t renew again. I would have been more understanding with it being down for a couple weeks but not months.
