Worse on a small screen device like a smart phone as it’s so fiddly selecting time slots. Failure to take into account that not everyone has tiny dexterous fingers and 20/20 vision. However, since the recent app software updates, I’m having errors using my remote app. The app works intermittently and generally works for about 24-48hrs after contacting Climote, then fails again. Emails back to Climote have confirmed I need to purchase a new Climote controller so the new software and hardware will work. This seems ridiculous. The app will work intermittently so there must be a coms issue. Climote’s inability to offer any support to existing Customers is bonkers. Where’s the business sense here. Design an app to not communicate and work for existing customers???
