It takes a lot of time for it to put money in your clipper even weeks and you can’t do nothing because it says that you have to wait

Greedy BART! Cant transfer remaining funds from one virtual card to another without paying a $5 service fee! Shame!

Awful. I’m always getting my clipper cards blocked and the resolution takes months. Very difficult to use my commuter benefits

What a waste of time this app is not user friendly at all! Better off using your Apple wallet

This app was clearly designed by people who have never actually used transit. Let's say I want to add $20 to my Clipper Card. Bizarrely, the funds are not immediately available, and they may take 24 hours to add to my account. Again, this may be difficult to understand for someone who doesn't actually ride transit, but when people add money, they need it now, not a day later. Is this app designed to just make me pay cash? If I were a policymaker, I would be embarrassed by this app.

One they should make clear that the app, although called “clipper card” is NOT a card and you have to add a card. Then they instruct that you can use apple pay for a one time fair. But then the card addition forces you to pay in increments and pay more than your fare… will someone refund the difference? I don’t think so! This is for a 1 time use and i should give them extra $? That IS the definition of FRAUD! Look at caltrain, amtrak, muni… not that they are great by any means but at least they don’t steal!

This all is so bad and so limited. What good is a digital card or adding the card to the app if you have to keep the original card. What good is adding a card to the app if you cannot transfer value from one card to another when you lost the card and cannot do anything without the physical card. Why cannot I delete cards but I can report them lost.

Terrible user configuration. Prompts to add card and load money but when you do this it isn’t a digital card to quickly access bart with, but a horrendously slow way to add money to a physical card that takes days to process. The digital card function isn’t any easier. The cards aren’t on the Home Screen and you have to scroll thru to figure out which one will work, if at all. Ultimately ended up going back to physical card. Do not recommend.

Worst experience ever you can’t get on the Bart train with this app when it clearly says clipper card why make a useless app.

Unable to add funds unless I delete and reinstall the app every time. It doesn’t update.
