I showed my Cliqq app to the cashier so my points could be scanned, but unfortunately the points were not generated in my account. I waited for a few hours thinking it might just be a system problem, but sadly no points were credited. Then later that same day around 11 PM, I bought again and had my app scanned for points, and to my surprise, the points still were not generated. It frequently logs users out, so you have to sign in almost every time, which is very frustrating. The login process is also inconvenient, it redirects to an external pop-up where you enter your mobile number and wait for an OTP, which takes time. This becomes especially awkward at the counter when there’s a long line behind you and you’re stuck logging in while others are waiting. It makes the app impractical to use in real situations. Because of this, I still prefer using the physical CLiQQ card, good thing I kept mine since it’s much faster and more reliable.
