## ClockPhone Description
ClockPhone is a stylish and functional clock app that’s easy to use.

It features an advanced alarm with flexible repeat settings: by day of the week, on a specific date, or following a shift schedule. And to make sure you really wake up, there are not just standard options to turn it off, but also advanced methods — like scanning an NFC tag, QR/barcode (for example, on a toothpaste tube in the bathroom), or solving math problems.

ClockPhone also includes a versatile timer, perfect for workouts — including various interval types like Tabata, and productivity techniques like Pomodoro, 52/17, and 90/30 — as well as for cooking, meditation, and any task that needs precise time control.

The app combines a thoughtfully designed interface with a rich feature set. Thanks to its stylish and attractive time display, ClockPhone fits beautifully into any space. The large digits are easy to read from any distance, and the second hand comes with different display modes for enhanced readability. Time transitions are smoothly animated, and the clock’s appearance is easy to customize via a functional and intuitive interface.

Perfect for use on a charging dock or for bringing new life to a favorite device. It looks great in both landscape and portrait orientations. An onboarding guide shows how to control the app with gestures.

You can also add ClockPhone widgets to your Home Screen to see the time and date at a glance without opening the app. There are two types of widgets — simple and transparent — each available in two sizes and with plenty of customization options.

The phone clock app was working fine on my iPad for a couple of months, today after an automatic update it will no longer launch ☹️ seems more like a downgrade to me, I’d like my money back
Updated version will launch on iPad now but will not save settings without an additional charge, on top of the full version I have  already paid for previously, when trying to save settings it always crashes again☹️

For those who have used this app for a long time and enjoyed an exceptionally good and well supported app a move to standby mode for later iPhones was inevitable but it's worth pointing out the clock widgets in this app are usable in Standby mode which add a new dimension (and colour match) to the clock section of standby mode which gives time, day, date in a configurable colour for daylight mode.
This by itself is a good reason for still using or buying the app if you use Standby. It gives an extra option in the clocks menu for better than what's on offer

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years and it’s been great. The developer is continually adding features, however the last update had a bug when using portrait mode. I contacted the developer and they had a fix within hours. 
I’m happy to recommend this app. It’s well designed and the prompt response to an issue was great.

Intelligently designed clock app, with some useful customisation options in the paid version. This allows me to set the colour to pure red, the typeface narrow, and the brightness very low indeed - all for minimal sleep disruption. Also, I had weird problems with an old phone, and the developer was very responsive.

Automation is your next addon in setting, I have created a shortcut to turn ClockPhone on once connected to power and turn it off once disconnected from power ( works great)
But this should be part of your settings so everyone no matter how novice they are with tech stuff
Other than that great app if you do these changes in steering I would recommend as a bedside table clock replacement for sure

It’s a great app for those like me wanting an ‘always on’ style for iPhone so I can quickly see the time at night. However it needs to be unlocked, so if you have an Apple Watch and are used to getting the wake up vibrate alarm, it won’t send to your watch and will ring on the phone. Only way is to lock the phone, which defeats the purpose of an always on clock. Otherwise it’s a nice app, but not sure it’s suited for those using Apple Watch with the wake up alarm?
