I had a hold on a book and it skipped me going to someone else. I advised them of the issue yesterday, as if it were a clerical issue, no reply and now I have to wait for another month. Still waiting for a response. Good if you like fiction or contemporary biographical books, fair to poor if you want non-fiction
Using blue tooth. This is the only app where I have to turn it all the way up and have my listening device all the way turned up and still cannot hear it properly. No other app gives me this issue. Can it be fixed?

When I search up the book I want to read it only has podcasts of the book
I enjoy using this app. There is a good selection of ebooks on this iCloud Library app. The best part is: the books are free.

I wish I had the option of delaying or moving myself down the hold list. Many times I have placed books on hold only to have 4-6 come in at the same time. Sometimes I am not able to read them all and then my name goes back down to the bottom of the list. The app is easy to use and navigate- the option above would be the only thing I would change.
This app is horrible. I don’t know if I’ve written a review for or even rated an app before but I find this so glitchy and slow. The search engines are so case sensitive and even when used perfectly, just don’t show results (which are there - if you go on your web browser you can find it). I had to switch because it’s used by my local library but I don’t even want to read anymore. I previously used Libby and the appearance, usability and functionality were 1000x better.
How do I transfer books to a kobo reader ..nothing is working!! Frustrated
I recently discovered I can use this app with my public library credentials and I’m elated. I’m on my second audiobook. The recordings are really good quality and the app works well. I work on an assembly line, so having access to audiobooks is fantastic.
