Avoid this place at all costs. For starters, there is no parking available for patients. If you schedule an in-person appointment, the follow-up is only valid for two days. They take advantage of customers by not offering online consultations for follow-ups, meaning you’re forced to return in person. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had. They seem more focused on taking advantage of people. I even asked for an emergency call, but they never got back to me. Absolutely terrible service

Front desk is terrible and they don’t manage it well. 

We waited for 3 hrs and later when we raised an incident they called the doctor and asked the doctor to treat in front of the ongoing patients. 

No privacy, no basic sense. 

Utter nuisance.

My wife went for injection. First they took money for injection and ask nurse to give it.
Later nurse was telling give 50 rupees more for nursing charges. Then they ask us to install app in phone for registration. Later they asked us, sorry we forgot to tell about registration charges and they took 150 rupees for registration. That’s how they treat
