Subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew at the same price as the previous period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. ### **--- "Hands down one of the best CRMs I’ve seen"
9/2024 Update - not sure what happened with the latest update but for some reason I’m having to log in every day I open the app! Mind you, I’ve been using this app going on more than 6 years now so I’m more than familiar with it.. so whatever bug is there all of a sudden, please fix it. It’s really irritating to have to log back in every day!!

I’m a busy executive and rarely write reviews.. but I’m so blown away by this app I just had to. I’ve been using this for almost 2 weeks. I integrated my social media accounts, mobile number, multiple email accounts and multiple Google Drives. The fact that it pulls together all public info, all communications, all files about all your contacts and show all of it in one screen is one of the most useful features... especially when I didn’t have to manually enter or re-tag anything. I’ve gotten back in touch with contacts that I lost touch with a for years. There still are some functionalities that I have not used yet, but signing up for the Pro version is a no brainer if using for any kind of business. There is one functionality that I wish it had and that is to automatically track LinkedIn messaging. But that’s not Cloze’ shortcoming.. it’s because LinkedIn doesn’t provide activity tracking in their API.. so no one else has that functionality either.. I just logged them manually. Give it a try. You won’t be sorry.

I will change this once I can use my iPhone 12 with Cloze again. However I can’t contact support because the “send” button for chat and email disappeared in the app. I also can’t edit email because it won’t scroll to the end of the sentence on the right(inaccessible offscreen).

### **--- "Keeps logging me out"
The service is fine but the app is frustrating. It continuously logs me out. Twice in the past hour. Previously I contacted the support team and their response was “it’s for security” and that was it. Fine, then offer a Face ID login or anything other than having to go through the full login process each time. And if it was for security then why doesn’t the web version log me out? It feels like it was a lazy response to a bug.

The app will also lag and not sync. I will clear items and then they’ll all reappear a few moments later. This happens with high frequency. I’ll have to clear items several times before they actually clear and stop reappearing. I’ll also be reading or writing an email and it’ll suddenly refresh and kick me back to the general inbox

The app is frustrating enough that I have been hunting for a better service for a while just to be done with the app

If you use a filter, you then can't get out of the submenu. You have to quit the program, but the filter still doesn't work. Same with any of the submenus. Downloads of links don't seem to tell you where they go.

The app is buggy with things like texting through dialpad using templates, sometimes it'll bring up a text template for you to edit & send other times nothing, sometimes the text from template button isn't even there. Help desk may take over 8 hours to address your concern and may not resolve it. But I see how having your text, calls, and, emails for a specific contact logged in this format could be helpful. I just feel that not every functionality works as intended.

This is one of the most useful apps I have found for my two businesses. It keeps track of emails, phone calls, notes, and text messages by contact without having to manually log everything which I don’t have time for. However, the cost is quite high. I have just started using this so I will have to see if the cost is worth it. But it is wonderful being able to see all of the interactions and notes about certain contacts in one place rather than opening and searching in multiple apps.
