Ρε παιδιά πως σκαναρουμε τα QR που εμφανίζονται στο cube για συμμετοχή σε διαγωνισμούς; Δεν υπάρχει κάπου επιλογή για σκανάρισμα μέσα στην εφαρμογή. Και άμα σκαναρεις μέσω της εφαρμογής κάμερας του κινητού σε οδηγεί στο App Store για κατέβασμα της εφαρμογής.

Για να το βγαλουν γρηγορα δε δουλευει.. και φυσικα 7 tickets εχω ανοιξει και το customer support ανυπαρκτο! Απαραδεκτοι κανονικα , τοσες χιλιαδες ευρω για το διαρκειας και δεν εχει συνδεθει . Ντροπη! Και μετα απο τοσο καιτο τπτ . Τρελοι ξεφτυλες!

Πολύ ωραία εφαρμογή σε όλα αλλά το store πουθενά. Ακόμα και από το official site στο google σε πάει στην εφαρμογή αλλά δεν υπάρχει πουθενά να αγοράσεις προϊόντα πέρα από εισιτήρια

1. Αδύνατο να αγοράσει κανείς online merchandising της ομάδας. Ακόμα και από το site σε οδηγεί στην εφαρμογή που δεν έχει πουθενά τη δυνατότητα 
2. Για όσους αγόρασαν μαζί τα διαρκείας τους παίρνει πόντους μόνο αυτός που αγόρασε τα διαρκείας. Οι υπόλοιποι και ας μην έχουν χάσει ματς παραμένουν στους μηδέν πόντους!
3. Καμία απολύτως ανταπόκριση στα email στο technical support κι ας έχουν περάσει τόσες μέρες από το launching της εφαρμογής.

Πρακτικα δεν προσφερει τιποτα.
Δεν εχει περασμενα μεσα τα ηδη αγορασμενα διαρκειας.
Οι ποντοι απο τα αγορασμενα διαρκειας δεν εχουν περαστει…ουτε οι προσελευσεις.
Η αγορα εισιτηριων δεν γινεται απο το app αλλα ειναι απλα ενα interface για τη tickermaster.
Τα παιχνιδια ειναι του 2010.
Δεν αξιζει να ασχοληθεις πανω απο 10 λεπτα.
Καλα το support ειναι ανυπαρκτο.15 μερες δεν εχει απαντησει κανεις.

Can’t create an account (email already used although I just downloaded the app). 
Reset password doesn’t work either, checked spam too.
It’s impossible to register an account and buy tickets unfortunately.
Support page email also triggers a warning.

Προσπαθώ μέρες να κάνω σύνδεση, μου στέλνει κωδικό, βάζω pass και συνέχεια λέει invalid password ενώ ο κωδικός είναι σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες. Στέλνω μήνυμα και κανείς δεν απαντάει, πήγα γήπεδο με Μακάμπι και έμεινα απέξω καθώς δεν μπορούσε κανείς εκεί να λύσει το πρόβλημα…. Μία παπαριά και μισή είναι… Θα προσπαθήσω με τηλεφωνική κλήση να λύσω το θέμα, …παρακαλώ περιμένετε στο ακουστικό σας
