What’s the point of the app just give key tags out if I’m gonna have to carry my keys anyway

How about adding Apple Watch support so I don’t have to use my phone for my key tag?

It time to update and change the website on club life cause there is no information on my check in

First time trying to use the code to get in gym on weekend & of course it doesn’t work. All week they signed people up with doors unlocked. Now it’s weekend there’s no one here if there’s an issue with the system

Other than using it for a key tag and checking hours this app doesn’t do much. They need to add features where it notifies parents of kids club opening/closing times. (Optionally of course). Update users of staffed hours and events their gyms are having otherwise it’s a waste of money for for these gyms to use this app.

Classes close too early in app— members can’t register after the class start time. Needs to be open at least 90 minutes past start time (30 min past class end time) to give instructors time to log attendees from app who fail to register or members a chance to register after class starts if they forgot. Can’t remove/unregister members after class start time either. This should also be at least 90 minutes to allow us time to make accurate. Can’t add non home gym members to class in app. When trying to add member to another location’s schedule that isn’t the member’s home club, the member doesn’t exist when searching. When using the app and switching between member and employee, it loses the filter by location in Schedules for the member section. It would be helpful when joining other classes to retain filter settings for easier navigation. We have been asked to add a manual count in “Notes” for classes. Please add a “Count” entry box somewhere for easily tracking this and being able to export attendance on demand when needed. When typing text anywhere in the Club Life iOS app in dark mode, the last character of what you’re typing remains fully highlighted, so you can’t tell if the last character is correct or not before sending. You must add a space at the end to move the highlighted character one more space to right space to see if typed text is accurate.

make sure you are reading over the contract before signing it. I know it’s a gym & you wouldn’t expect snakey stuff from them but here we are. I have tried to cancel my membership multiple times but they will not let me. Along with all the other random fines you receive it really is not worth it for their gym which is only slightly better than PF.

Ridiculously difficult to get any help logging in. No matter how many times I change the password, it simply will not sign me in. Even contacted customer support and still nothing. Unbelievable. Trash app.

Nothing happens after entering user name and passcode and pressing “sign in”

This is a decent app, the notifications for gym/class closures is nice. But there’s no Apple Wallet or Watch support for your membership QR code, so you just carry your phone into the gym. The workaround is to screenshot your code and set as an Apple Watch face photo, but the code changes monthly.
