• Viewing information about resorts – Whether you’re in the mood for a holiday in the mountains or a coastal cruise, the app gives you detailed information about each of our resorts.
• Requesting a Service to MR or Resort ops – Using the app, you can enjoy the convenience of requesting certain services at the resort. You can also get in touch with the Member Relationship team by calling them via the app itself.
• To start with, one simply has to download and install the Club Mahindra app in their phone from AppStore Account and log in with their member id/email id. It is that simple to get started. The app is absolutely free to download.
• The app facilitates easy navigation so planning a holiday is simple and quick. First, choose the dates of your holiday from the in-app calendar and mark your dates.
• Next, scroll through your preferred destination and choose from the multitude of Club Mahindra resorts to book your stay for the duration. The app will also notify you about the various exciting deals and offers that the various resorts have from time to time so that you may get the best value for your money.
• Club Mahindra understands that each family is different and they have their own special requirements. Any special requirement that you may have can be requested and included from the app itself.
• The Club Mahindra app will enable you to book resorts and rooms instantly and all payments can be made directly via the app. All transactions will be done through a secure server and all your payment information will be strictly confidential.

Don’t trust Club Mahindra blindly..
I have been a member of Club Mahindra since 2013 and gradually moved from white season to red season.. paid multiple Emi’s and Asf’s on time. However while upgrading to Red season, the executive explained multiple benefits and facilities that as a member I can enjoy but most of them are incorrect and absurd. Therefore I request all the existing members and new members to take everything in writing from them on their official letter head or email. Don’t fall in their trap of false expectations or else you will later regret your decision like me.
App not user friendly
Ye app does not help booking. It does not show available slots calendar days wise and location/station wise.
Money taking machine
The club Mahindra app is just a tool for collecting their annual subscription fees and good only for that Try booking a holiday. Even with purple membership we have not been able to book a holiday for 2 years, any holiday forget one with rooms that suit our requirements. They keep adding members at 10x the speed that they add resorts. So every resort is overcrowded, noisy and most of the time, unavailable. Hi f haven’t taken membership, run. The best financial decision you would make outside of the stock market

Not able to book resorts
When a dream Holiday turns into safety Nightmare
Our stay at Club Mahindra Virajpet in March 2024 turned into a nightmare. Despite being a 5-star property, our car was hit at hotel car parking by drunk driver, and the hotel's response was apathetic. A menacing crowd made matters worse until police intervention brought some relief. Despite the police's support, the aftermath was distressing, with unhelpful staff adding to our trauma. This experience shattered our trust in the safety of luxury hotels. A stark reminder that even prestigious establishments must prioritize guest safety.
