Unusable - impossible to login
“Your session has been expired. Please login again!” every time I try to login. Impossible to get past this step.
Communication
Pls ensure club staff repond respond professionaly. Off late replay's very late and have to remind them multipple times to get response.
Member Tuesday Lunch
Easily booked team lunch for 8 of us using the app and got immediate confirmation by email in JW Kitchen, Bangalore. On the visit, we were attended promptly. Buffet spread was good as always. A little less for we vegetarians. Taste was good. Variety was there. I like salad there, especially with roasted pumpkin slices. Today was special spread of Chinese delicacies, some of which I liked. Hospitality was good and the service too. Overall it was a good experience for the team.
Disgusting and hopeless spa service
Today very rude and unacceptable behaviour of staff at Marriott will complain to top Management this nonsense behaviour will not be tolerated at all I will take action
