Heb altijd ruzie met de app Loopt steeds vast

!!

Heel irritant is dat de vouchers die je gekocht hebt op “ ongebruikt” blijven staan terwijl ze wel gebruikt zijn.

Weinig motiverend, iedere dag n vakje met de tekst: helaas niks gewonnen ( mét de mooie prijs, die je WEER niet gewonnen hebt…)

Op zich aardige app maar al “Honderd” maal uitgelogd. Heel irritant! Update: december adventskalender leuk idee, maar zowat elke dag storing

Het is een leuke en goede app hoor maar de vouchers die laden niet heel vervelend Dus:..

Hi there developers, I keep searching for my purchased tickets or get redirected to a browser when searching current movies playing in my theatre. But that’s 2024 for ya - a phone filled with too many apps- all doing half the job I expect them to do. Anyway, the main reason I’m writing a 1 star review is this little stinker from the developers… on the ‘ABOUT this App’ Tab: “About this app What can I do with this app? If you have to ask what you can do with this app then I strongly question what made you download this app in the first place. I mean, if you have absolutely no idea for what you want to use this app, then I don't know why you downloaded it. Then again, maybe the user interface isn't as intuitive as we have thought it would be and reading this bit of text does help you guide through the teatures that this app provide. If it is just that, then please feel free to press one of the buttons below to give your feedback to us.” So, either you failed at being funny or there is something wrong with your attitude towards the user. Writing this makes me seriously question if you understood how to approach customers.

Deze app is gemaakt door een doofstomme medewerker van Pathè die nog nooit eerder buiten is geweest. Zo is er o.a. bedacht dat je vouchers pas na 15 minuten binnenkrijgt in de app (of niet) dat is echt I-DEE-AAL als je op het punt staat om naar een film te gaan. Pathé medewerkers kunnen vervolgens niks voor je doen, want alleen de klantenservice kan helpen en die is ‘s avonds gesloten. Tel daarbij de vele crashes en bugs op en het feit dat de app je zonder reden uitlogt en je vraagt je echt af of Pathé van al dat geld dat ze vragen voor een uurtje film niet gewoon een fatsoenlijk bedrijf aan kunnen nemen om hun app te bouwen
