## Club Pilates Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t sign up for classes"
App shows I have credits available but when I choose to book a class it tells me I have no credits left. I haven’t been able to book a class for the past couple of weeks.
-- Ashash68, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Can’t find my scheduled classes"
Says I don’t have classes scheduled but I emails confirming I do. That’s useless!
-- Jajdjjd, 2025-01-02

### ***** "ZERO customer service from “corporate.”"
I would warn people to stay clear from this company. Their corporate office NEVER responds. The app malfunctions constantly and they have reset my password which has left me unable to book classes. It’s a nightmare.
-- J mally, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Used to be good, not sure what happened"
Used to be consistent in its alerts about classes which are so helpful. Now I never get them and I haven’t changed any notifications or anything like that. I’ve deleted it and re downloaded and nothing helps. Please fix this bug
-- Rcc328, 2024-12-13

### **--- "3 month membership"
I contracted for a 3 month plan but I can’t enroll in a class I want because they are all full!! I have paid for the month of December but only found one class!! Not happy!!
-- Chrisk636, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Terrible app, decent people"
Can’t get the classes I pay for because the app never works. I have to call them every month - think I’m done soon
-- JD77323, 2024-12-11

### *---- "App is poorly designed"
While I enjoy the Pilates exercises the app itself is a mediocre. It often freezes and now my app hаs changed my membership from unlimited to I have to buy credits for every class. I reached out to the reception and the work ticket was sent to IT dept. it’s been 3 days since submission of the work ticket so far no one called me or fixed the problem. I now have to book my every new class through the reception girls, it’s not what expect from unlimited membership. Also the count of classes is wrong , at least in my case it’s 2 classes lesser than factually . Please guys, fix the problem !
-- Che Bella ragazza, 2024-12-11

### *---- "You are signing up for a spam call a day"
I downloaded this app so I could look at some classes at a studio nearby. I figured it was harmless creating an account, it’s not. I’ve received text messages and phone calls every day, I can tell you it was enough for me to never try this studio. You are signing up for spam, and it does not stop.

### *---- "Card info stored without permission"
Visited local club Pilates for first time & bought grip socks & paid with debit card. They stored my debit card details without my permission, & I can’t delete it on the app
-- FtnpCKG, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Not made for busy people"
I actually love Club Pilates classes, but the app kind of stinks. I have been charged several times because the app doesn’t have basic functionality, and I’m an extremely busy person that needs things to be efficient and easy. I am a member of other exercise studios with similar apps, and ALL of the others have the ability to automatically subscribe to your calendar so all your bookings and waitlists shows up on your phone calendar. Even all my kids activities have calendar subscription functionality, this is a really basic thing.
On the club Pilates app, if you actually book a class, there is an option to “add to calendar”, you have to do this for every.single.class that you book lol - annoying but ok. However, if you put yourself on a waitlist there is no option to do this, you would have to manually make an appointment in your calendar to remind yourself that you are on the waitlist it’s so painful. Several times now, I have gotten off of a waitlist but since nothing was in my calendar I didn’t know so I got charged for a no-show (I’m not going to turn on notifications, when I’m working I need to focus). Not being able to subscribe to your bookings and waitlists really stinks. If you are a person that really relies on your calendar to manage your life, the lack of functionality of this app makes Club Pilates a poor fit for you. Other than that, the classes are awesome.
