I really enjoy the app and think it’s great overall, but the customer support is very disappointing. I’ve reached out several times via email, Facebook, and Instagram, but I’ve never gotten a response. It’s frustrating because when problems come up, there’s no way to solve them if no one replies. Reliable support would make the app experience much better.

Am Anfang war die App viel besser, verständlicher bzw. nachvollziehbar. Da war auch der Hype da und man hatte Spaß bei der App. Jetzt überhaupt nicht. Ich denke mal, dass die App sehr viele Nutzer da durch verloren hat. Man konnte sich immer mit neuen Menschen unterhalten, durch die „Räume“, die dort zufällig bzw. durch Freunde angezeigt wurden. Mittlerweile garnicht mehr und die App wird auch aus dem Grund nicht mehr genutzt.

Wären nicht so viel Clubhouse Profile mit so vielen Insta Profilen verknüpft, könnte man geneigt sein zu glauben, dass da ganz andere reden, als man hört. So bleibt alles beim alten. Man kann sich jederzeit ein Bild über die Redner machen und bekommt einem Eindruck, wer da redet. Zu Beginn war ich elektrisiert, mach wenigen Wochen aber schon hart auf dem Boden der Realität gelandet. Die Stecknadel wurde immer kleiner, der Heuhaufen immer größer. Die, die wirklich was zu sagen haben, werden von zahllosen Selbstdarstellern übertönt. Der Sozialismus war prinzipiell eine gute Idee, ist aber an den Menschen gescheitert. Wie Clubhouse auch?

There is no active rooms and there is no easy search to find active rooms and I even tried to reach out to them their email, but it seems even the email that they put on the app is not working.
