These thing you guys are doing is very unfair,why will I find my wallet for more than 3 hours and I have not been credited on the app.i think these the second time am complaining on these and these will be my last time using the app.i still called the customer care you asked me to press 2 I did that and you guys keep me waiting not knowing my card was exhausting

Your app is not allowing me to buy 1gb it is showing me network is currently down fix it now please

Very poor performance… I have credited multiple times and it refuses to reflect on the dashboard and still telling me insufficient funds..Why venturing into something you can’t be accountable for🥲 Please refund my money🙄

This app is nonsense 😭,can’t count the amount of times I transferred to my wallet and didn’t show I funded the account,a means to rip people off , where did all my money go then ? 🤧…You deserve no stars

Times without number, I’ve been funding my wallet and it’s not reflecting and my money is not reversed. You people are fraudulent. The public should beware.

I’m not giving you any star at all, I sent 4k to my account so I can be able to use it but the money did not reflect and that’s my last money, ever since today. Why are you people behaving like this?

I funded my wallet but it didn’t reflect I submitted a ticket and did everything I could but it didn’t work and there is no way to resolve it cause if you call them they will tell you to submit a ticket again

Don’t even waste your data to download this app, I transfer money through my bank to fund my wallet but to my greatest surprise I didn’t see any thing i lost N1000 I called customer service but no help, they’re always busy That wasn’t the only money. Evil app😭😭😭😭😭😭
