Was originally a 1 star but at some point since it started being reliable so back up to 5 stars, it’s great now

Most times I open this app, it won’t even load the user at the very start. It just gets stuck showing me a half loaded bit of user detail and won’t let me continue. It also feels unfinished; layout is bad with overlapping elements, error dialogs are just there looking hideous, etc. unfortunately my gym uses it so I have to just keep this game up of closing and reopening to book any classes.

Been using the past 12 months for my gym and it coundnt be better. Makes it a lot easier to get in and see what classes and stuff etc.

We’ve been using Club Link for a while now and it’s been superb, easy to use for our members with lots of functionality for us on the back end too, plus the customer service team have been excellent. Highly recommended A1.

Not worth the time and energy, wouldn’t even let me type in my own phone number when that is what it was asking me to do, waste of time for anyone else downloading. Don’t recommend

Downloaded the app then read the reviews quickly deleted and checked the email from the club, I have to use the app to get an up to date timetable. Downloaded again tried to add member and told my phone number wasn’t registered and that was the only way to proceed. In the meantime the app sent me 8 verification codes in less than a minute. Not good deleted again. Will find another way.

I can book classes if there is space but the app cannot book waiting list places it says click here but there is no button… no way to contact them. Bit useless.

I am unable to log in with my mobile number to access my membership, keep receiving verification codes but the screen doesn’t let me verify my mobile number. A message pops out saying NO CLUBS FOUND. Checked with the gym they add me with my mobile number so not sure what’s the issue that wont let me log in. Unable to reach customer service.

Does not do anything except crash

Very poor app - had a problem since day 1 and have used the report a problem function to try and resolve this as there is no other way to make contact. The report a problem function is pointless as no one responds so you can’t solve the problem anyway.
