Absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke to someone named Dwayne on getting a refund for some accidental chips I purchased. As soon as I saw the amount I stopped using the game and reached out to them. I accidentally purchased $400 worth of play chips when I meant to do $5. They said there is no way they can refund me even though I hadn’t used the chips.
