Whoever is running this app needs to actually use it on a daily basis to understand what’s wrong with it! It barely ever wants to load. For instance, I’m in front of the CLYNK bottle machine and my app won’t load so I can scan my bags. It keeps saying error. It’s always something with this app! It’s horrible!

Not user friendly.  Resetting password via email never works! Doesn't give you a list of the bags you've dropped off. I also never get email confirmations anymore either. Had to contact support and delete app twice in last 2 months because of lost access to my account. Needs a lot of improvements!

This sounds like a great idea, but the app horrible.  Whenever I try to log in,  it’s not synced with my account and therefore says I have a $0 balance.  When I log in online, my balance shows up .

The concept is great but their technology is lacking. when I deposit a bag I get an email
but when it's proscessed, i do not. I have to log in to see if it had been processed and then when you take money out their is no record of the transaction. It would be better if their as a running total of cans in and money in and out.
