Can’t get the app to open
Location didn’t show after I updated the app ver 3.1.0
This is app this the most pathetic app I’ve ever had to work with nothing works on it blaming us for our phones which clearly is not the app needs more money investing in it wish I didn’t have to use it but for work purposes I have to please fix it if I could give no stars I would.
Since new update, terrible on iPhone. Takes multiple times to select on which call you need to put information into, that’s if it even lets you send it! Absolutely terrible
My onscreen keyboard won’t appear when I try to enter username and password. Used to work fine but rarely appears now. Tried to report issue but says I haven’t purchased app so can’t.
Very slow and doesn’t work properly Waste our time
Every time I tap on the app it only pops up for a second and then goes away. Iv turned phone off and reinstalled app and nothing. I’m finding it very frustrating as I need my work schedule.
Issues including, but not limited to; - it knocking my login/logout times about by 1-3mins either side of the actual time that it is. - taking up to 5 scans to register a tag. - taking ~10 minutes or more to register a tag scan. - failing to record offline data properly and push it when a network connection is more stable. - force closing on startup and requiring me to delete and reinstall nearly every week. Ergo meaning my app does not need updating. When support informs my managers that it is my phone settings for time zones which are incorrect and *must* be set to XYZ (which they are anyway), or that my phone isn't set up properly (an iPhone11) and is the problem, or that I need to update the app, is unacceptable and kind of pushing the blame where it is not. Fix this stupid app so it *works*.
This app works if there is good mobile reception and doesn’t if there is not. Some clients live in areas with very poor signal ( I’m talking London 2021) The log in and log out can take up to 7 minutes in my worst experience, then there is the constant refreshing to get the log ins/outs to register. Now my employer threatened us if we don’t log in and out correctly we won’t get paid. So me getting paid depends on you developers.
