Got an over the counter ticket and just want to check my number in the queue. Apparently I have to spend $100+ to do that. Remind me what year is it? 1990? This business decision is outdated. But I guess they don’t care.

越up越慢,又越難用
用戶體驗太差，永遠都入唔到app，一時就自動登出，一時就密碼錯（改完密碼都入唔到），一時就儲藉過期。連屋企人打電話問完客服都係冇答案，想人唔洗做會員咁… 拎小小錢update下個app啦
the opening animation is very annoying
不能用apple pay 付款
takes tons of hours to process every single click
the app fails to load and keeps repeating the intro animation
遙距攞飛等緊位時住無啦啦自動登出，跟住入唔返！🤬
