系统是江苏省太仓中等专业学校“双元E+”智慧校园的无缝拓展，目的在于充分利用手机等移动设备可移动等优势，方便全校师生和企业师傅不受时间、地点和设备的限制开展相关的管理与教学工作。全体用户都可以通过本系统实时接收学校和企业发送的各种事件提醒，及时利用手机端进行相应的处理。学生还可以通过手机端了解自己的学习情况和生活情况，开展评教和选课等。同时，本系统也是江苏省太仓中等专业学校双元制本土化教育的一个宣传窗口和沟通平台。

双元 e+ 在正常网络环境下频繁出现卡顿和无响应问题，启动后或使用过程中界面长时间停滞，核心功能无法正常使用。多次重启应用和设备后问题依旧存在，实际体验与应用描述严重不符，已影响基本使用，属于应用质量问题。
