I can be sitting right at the car wash and anyone’s guess as to whether it will give me a “wash my car” button or tell me to Navigate to the car wash. I can’t navigate if I’m already there. GPS location in other apps is just fine. Restart a few times and randomly it’ll work. Super frustrating given I’m paying for a service.

Experiencing issues with the car wash app—keeps crashing and won't generate a code, even though logged in. Waited 45 minutes in line, and when trying to generate the code, it says the device isn't associated with the account, despite using the same phone two hours prior for a wash with my two subscriptions for the day. It shows only one used and asks if I want to use my subscription. Frustrating!

I couldn’t even set up an account, it kept looping me straight back to the login page from the “create an account” page. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing. I deleted it after a half hour of frustration. Useless.

App indicates types of credit cards accepted but it is wrong. Cannot add ANY Amex card. Says declined or not accepted. So do you accept this card or not? The stores do. I’ll probably just delete the app and go into the store. Saves time.

Cannot login anymore since updating the app. Tells me to try again later and mentions code -8. Useless app now. This review was in January. It's now almost April and it's STILL bugged.

I purchased monthly premium car wash subscription but every time I enter the code it says, code error. I tried getting Support. Unfortunately nobody could help the best they could do was give me wash codes every time doing this once upon a time shouldn’t be a problem but not every time. completely disappointed with App and Service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying the same.

I live in Airdrie and I can’t find any local co ops on here. Not driving an hour north for a car wash.

After posting my first review of the app my account was disabled. You can tell why.

Most of time app code doesn’t work and quality of carwash reduced since they have announced the subscription.

I have tried several times to use this app only to have it charge my credit card and then flash on the screen “purchase declined “. I then have to go into the store to get a code. This is frustrating because I don’t earn points for my purchase to earn free car washes.
