## Co-op Young Driver Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Stay away"
The worst experience I’ve had with a company ever; you should be ashamed with how appalling your services are. You’ve sent me 4 black boxes that haven’t worked , and then when the latest one stopped working didn’t contact me so I had no idea and now are yet again threatening to cancel the policy. A complete robbery.

### *---- "Useless App"
Why would you put all of the data onto an app that does not even open. You’re not aware of the battery, your score and ur mileage etc. you try open the app and it immediately crashes. I have checked the app daily but still no bug fixes
-- jejahej, 2023-02-15

### *---- "Don’t do it to yourself"
I read the reviews and went with this company anyway and it was the worst decision of my life. The harassment from the company is extortionate with the black box. When trying to solve issues over the phone some of the supervisors are intimidating and brought me to tears. Except for this one man that allowed me to cancel my policy was extremely friendly. If you attend university in a different city and often commute to your home one this is NOT the company to go. They charge £700-£800 extra and interrogate you if you refuse to pay on top of already overpriced rates. NOT STUDENT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Avoid this company at all costs, I promise you take this as a warning and don’t ignore it like I did.

### *---- "Don’t ever use!!!!!!"
Been with this for nearly a year,I had no say as my parents are the ones paying, never wanted to leave an insurance company so badly!! The worse mistake ever, not only are my parents paying an EXTORTIONATE amount of money for this but the fact that I get absolutely harassed by co-op is unreal.I understand they have to make sure the box is on and charged but sending emails everyday telling me my policy is going to be cancelled is a joke, especially when you email and call them to tell them that the box is on and charged! But they stilll carry on
I get picked up for speeding in ridiculous areas that make me think they need an update on the actual speed of certain roads,I get picked up for speeding in a 30 because on there map
It says it’s a 20!!! But the road signs down the road are 30!!! This happened twice in one block and they brought my score down by 10!!! You will never be able to drive safely if you go with co-op because they want you to drive like an 80 year old who can barely see!!! I can’t wait to hit the 1 year mark and leave! Counting down the days

### *---- "No journey updates since app update 5 days days ago"
Since latest update 5 days ago have had no journey updates or new scores. Seems to get one problem after another. Before the update couldn’t see journey map it was just a blank screen but could just about live with that but to not be getting any daily journey updates or scores since update, don’t know how well am doing anymore. Needs fixing fast. Need to see driving scores asap

### *---- "Do not go with these"
Complete waste of time using this company.
Firstly, they sent out a black box that did not work and harassed me with emails
Secondly, there app does not work so you cannot see your scores
Finally, there staff are rude and smug also incurred extra charges after paying a ridiculous amount of money for the insurance.
So Please people do not use this company it is a shambles to be perfectly honest
Waste of time and money
Would be better off with any other company

### *---- "Will not log in."
Blank white screen. This needs addressing as it is a requirement for the insurance policy
-- PARROT SHUFFLER, 2022-07-09

### *---- "App"
It logged me out and now it says my email is invalid and will not let me log back in when my email is correct and also will not let me log in online !!
-- aHL!1, 2022-07-06

### ****- "Loading issues"
Isn’t loading this seems to be a recurring thing for the majority of drivers, has been really good ever since the new owners took over it has stopped completely
-- yyyyyayahahab, 2022-07-04

### *---- "My app will not update"
My app hasn’t been updating for the past 3 weeks now and if you contact coop young driver they don’t respond
