One subscription to connect. Encrypted end to end. Only the two of you can read it. Co-oper8 is the private way for separated parents to run a shared custody schedule. Set your parenting split once, and both calendars stay in step — each parent sees the schedule from their own perspective. ORGANIZE — FREE, FOREVER • Your custody calendar with your parenting split (7-7, 9-5, whatever works) • Change your start date up to 3 times free; adjust the split anytime • Pick individual days by hand (5 included) • Your schedule history — look back at past arrangements, faded on the calendar as a "ghost" of what was CONNECT — ONE FAMILY PLAN UNLOCKS BOTH PARENTS • Propose your schedule to your co-parent; it applies only when they accept • Agreed pick-up and drop-off times — partial days show as half-circles, so a school-pickup Wednesday looks different from an all-day Wednesday • One Family purchase unlocks Co-oper8 for both paired parents — or choose an Individual plan for your own device • Pairing, messaging, accepting and exports are always free NEW — SOFT SEND, A CALMER WORD WHEN IT COUNTS • Writing while upset? If a draft might land hotter than you mean it, Co-oper8 gently checks with you before sending • On iPhones and iPads with Apple Intelligence, it can suggest a calmer wording that keeps your point • Everything runs on your device — your messages are never read by us or anyone else. It never blocks you, keeps no record, and stays off until you turn it on • Tone sensing currently works best in English and French YOUR EXPENSE RECORD — FREE, PRIVATE, PERMANENT • Log child expenses in seconds; tag a child; attach a receipt photo • Both parents see the same list — encrypted end to end • Corrections and withdrawals stay visible: nothing can be quietly edited or deleted, by either parent • Personal entries never leave your device • Free PDF export of the full record, identical for both parents • One agreed currency, never converted — and dates that read the same in any timezone MANAGE THE MONEY SIDE (SUBSCRIPTION) • Agree split ratios together — changes only apply going forward • Agree a new ledger currency together when life moves you • A calm note-and-response flow for an unpaid share; no running debts • Seeing everything and responding to your co-parent is always free • Co-oper8 never moves money — it keeps the record; you settle things your way PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Messages and schedules are end-to-end encrypted on your devices — no one else can read them. Not even us. • Verified pairing: Settings shows "Paired" once both devices provably share the same secure key • Messages can't be edited or deleted once sent — the conversation stays a reliable record for both of you • Export matching PDF transcripts and schedule-history reports anytime, free AND WHEN YOU NEED A HUMAN • Book time with a mediator directly from the app — some things need a conversation, not an algorithm Co-oper8 speaks nine languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish (Spain & Latin America), Dutch, and Portuguese (Portugal & Brazil). Co-oper8 plans are available as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, in Individual (your device) and Family (both paired parents) tiers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase; subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple Account settings.
