Easily manage your business accounts quickly and securely wherever you are with The Co-operative Bank Business Banking App. Key features of the Business Banking App: • Log in securely with Face ID and Touch ID • Pay new and existing payees and transfer money to your own accounts • View and search two years of transactions • Edit and delete payees quickly and easily • View Direct Debits, standing orders and other scheduled payments • Manage accounts for up to five businesses • Share your bank details with customers via SMS, WhatsApp and more • Apply for savings accounts, credit cards and more • Get important updates with push notifications You can use this app if: • you are an existing business current account customer with maximum 12 accounts • you already use The Co-operative Bank Business Online Banking; and • you don’t have anyone set up as an approver of changes, i.e. payment approvals. Gaining access To gain access to our app you will need to register and agree to our Business Online Banking Terms and Conditions if you haven’t already done so and our Business Mobile Banking Service Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so, you will need your Customer ID, User ID and HID Approve mobile security app or physical plastic security token. Is my phone compatible? For security reasons, you’ll need a compatible device and operating system to use our Business Banking App. You won’t be able to use the app if your device is jailbroken. You’ll need a device running iOS 15 or above. If you are not able to update to this version, you can log into The Co-operative Bank Business Online Banking to access your accounts. Terms of use We collect non-personal user data to monitor how well the app works. For example, measuring how long you spend on a particular screen. We collect a limited amount of personal data to allow you to use the app, for fraud prevention purposes and to help us to fix problems and improve the app for everyone. But you can’t even login if the account has Payment Approvals set up. Why not?! That shouldn’t prevent access to secure messaging; you can speak to me on the phone after all. Anyway, why isn’t secure messaging available online; we shouldn’t require an app to access it? ——— Update: Oh, there’s a separate app for messaging? Of course there is. A twelve year old could write better programs. Each update “fixes something but makes another part worse. It now doesn’t let you type in a beneficiary, you have to scroll through the whole list. Then it either fails and tells you to not make the payment again but ring (if you have half an hour to spare on hold), or the white square of death appears with the blue circle of doom. This either freezes or whirs forever. The website is no better, that has forced you to do more and more keystrokes just to make a payment and again the drop down list of beneficiaries only will show the “A’s”.
