FAMILIEN Ein Auto für mehrere Personen? Co-oto macht die Organisation einfach: Jede*r sieht die Verfügbarkeit, bucht im Kalender und erfasst anschließend die Fahrt anhand der Kilometer vom Tacho. Die Fahrzeugkosten (Kraftstoff, Wartung, Versicherung usw.) werden zentral erfasst und klar nach Nutzung aufgeteilt. ANGEHÖRIGE, NACHBARN, FREUNDE, WOHNGEMEINSCHAFTEN Ihr teilt ein Auto unter Personen, die sich bereits kennen: Ihr erstellt euren Kreis, ladet eure Kontakte ein und die App wird zur gemeinsamen Referenz. Buchungen, Fahrthistorie, Ausgaben (mit Belegfotos) und Abrechnung bleiben zugänglich und verständlich, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Wenn das Fahrzeug keinen festen Stellplatz hat, könnt ihr den letzten Standort (Parkplatz) angeben, um es schnell wiederzufinden. KMU & VEREINE Co-oto eignet sich auch für kleine Strukturen, die Teamfahrzeuge teilen: Buchungsverwaltung, Fahrtennachverfolgung, Kostenaufteilung, Statistiken und Exporte. Ihr könnt bis zu 3 Fahrzeuge in der App verwalten – je nach eurer Organisation.
