I don’t find it uplifting. On the contrary. If my life was what the app foresees, I would be down all the time.

I can’t access the app

It’s been a while since I can not open the app. Always shows a message “trouble connection! Looks like there is a network issue”. Does anybody know what can I do? (my connection is ok, I have tried 5g and Wifi, they are working well). I am living this bug since September last year and the support does absolutely nothing to help me!!!!!! I am super disappointed
