This app makes it so easy to understand about food in simple easy steps. Coach Casper is an amazing coach his depth of knowledge is outstanding. He personally takes the time to help you. I have deleted around 15 apps all i need is this one. Coach Casper really does talk the talk and walk the walk. Thanks Coach. Danny H

Coach really has gone that extra length with this one. Real time support (from Coach himself) takes the time touch base with you and responds when you reach out. You really don’t feel like your doing it alone with Coach. If you’ve been struggling or looking for the right place to start (like I was), Casper Fitness is that place … He really has got your back every step of the way which has really given me the confidence to throw caution to the wind and trust the process ❤️

Coach Casper is the Man 🙌🏽 I’m loving my journey with him ! I never believed in any fitness apps until I heard and seen a lot of coach Casper and seen all the results from existing members so I thought I’d give it a go and man I’m glad i did ! I’m actually in disbelief from my own progress since being on this journey 😅results happen real quick 👌🏽 But The best part is I Love how easy this app is to just go on there and everything is right there smack in front of your face all you gotta do is get it done . Its the best Fitness & meal plan app !

Easy access to your workout with demos to help if you don’t know what workouts are. The food to is amazing, very detailed to help keep you in check.

Easy to follow. Good to have video demonstrations on there when I’m unsure of an exercise. The timer is a bonus which I like so I don’t have to download a seperate app for this. Overall, pretty good app.
