Just joined CoachNet and set up my account downloaded the app. Attempted to sign on but the app would not accept my credentials. Changed password three times. Multiple attempts later I uninstalled and started over. Same results. Did this three times. No wonder this app gets such crappy ratings. I sure hope the RV emergency service is better than this app or I just wasted a lot of money.

I am no longer able to log into the app. It has worked great for years. Someone broke a once working app.

App won’t accept log-in credentials that work on website.

I no longer can login using my iPhone 14 Pro. I’ve done everything I should. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall the app. Restarted the phone. Nothing works nothing….

This code for this app must have been created for an elementary school science fair project - total piece of junk don’t waste your time trying to login into your account with it! Glad I tested it before I really needed it as semi-trucks go whizzing past my disabled RV on some freeway…

The updated app makes you re-enter all of your info. Except every time I enter the info and hit save, it crashes. And, I have a powerful phone with no other apps running. It’s worthless now. Please fix!!

No stars would be a better description. App doesn’t save any information in profile and crashes while trying. Worthless.

App exhibiting strange things such as showing one of my dependents on my membership (digital) card with no ability to change, and stating my account is expiring even though it’s current. Lastly, any changes are cosmetic as functionality has not improved in any way.

Just purchased a new fifth wheel and purchased this service as well. Was able to register on a web browser. But when I try this app, for the past 8 hours or so, it just gives me an “unable to connect to network” error. Not a good start.

Attempted to enter and save my membership info both on and off Wi-Fi and all I get are “can’t connect to server” error messages.
