Having to take ID proof to estate agents in person. Coadjute worked fine to take your money but to ID verification it just freezes. -- Quip woo do, 2026-09-20 ### ***** "Superb" I found my checks with Coadjute to be simple, efficient and the easiest part of my house buying process! -- e-236, 2026-08-28 ### *---- "Poor" The problem I found with Coadjute was that those responsible for compliance couldn’t read or understand banking or simple financial statements. I had to dump them and proceed with a compliance company that could. -- films.gb, 2026-08-25 ### ***** "Felt safe and secure" Very comprehensive and secure. Have used with two different estate agents now, worked seamlessly. -- ArsenalDave1982, 2026-08-25 ### ***** "Great service - thank you" Quick, thorough and very reassuring -- Nicholas1972-as, 2026-08-25 ### ***** "Nice one Coadjute" Makes everything really simple and easy, really efficient. -- Vinyl vic, 2026-08-24 ### ***** "Great app" Great app. Let me get on with my purchase pretty quickly. -- I am That Guy345, 2026-08-24 ### ***** "Easy" Usually hate using these but probably the smoothest / fastest ID check I’ve gone through -- Stuart.abcd, 2026-08-24 ### *---- "Buggy, restrictive mess" Absolutely awful process, impossible to complete due to crash looping. Sign in online, pay them money for something the estate agent should cover as a cost of doing business, download an app, sign in again and hope it doesn’t crash. ID scan takes pictures automatically, but doesn’t wait until it’s actually focused. Retrying means you have to start over. Refuses to accept proof of address the government does (e.g. driving license) After all that and paying £30 I’m now stuck with the app crashing every time I upload a utility bill. -- Luxara, 2026-08-19 ### *---- "Awful" My estate agent insisted I use this awful app and pay £54 for the privilege. To complete the process you need to use both the app and a browser. -- Ynohtna Mail, 2026-08-10 ### *---- "Poor software" App doesn’t work on iPad, some functionality has to be done via web browser and to add insult to injury, I have to pay for the privilege. This might make life easy for idle estate agents, but as a house purchaser I expect better -- gh_28, 2026-07-23 ### *---- "Very Poor" Passport chip scanning constantly failed (despite working instantaneously when I used the government ID checker just days ago). Document options are far too limited - it’s 2026 - no one does utilities or banking on paper. -- Rich merrell, 2026-07-13 ### *---- "Total Junk" Nothing works. Just garbage. If an Estate Agent asks you to use this, find another Estate Agent! -- StillPhone, 2026-03-13 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" The ID checker isn’t working. The customer service phone number is never answered and my email has been unanswered for days. -- Cfjvjkdnvjbfgjfdnknjgnbjg, 2026-01-23 [View all Coadjute reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Coadjute Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Business | #160 | ## Coadjute Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/coadjute-Yvuw/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/coadjute-Yvuw/australia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/coadjute-Yvuw/ireland) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/coadjute-Yvuw/new-zealand) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/coadjute-Yvuw/united-states) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/coadjute-Yvuw/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
